Protein Cookie Dessert Bowls



  1. Microwave each Lean Body Protein Bar you’re using for around 10-15 seconds (this makes them easier to shape)
  2. Take out a muffin pan and coat it with some non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Press and shape 1/2 of your bar into each spot depending on how many you’re making.
  4. Bake them on 350F/176C for around 10-12 minutes or until they turn a golden brown color (they should expand a bit too).
  5. Fill and top them.
Tips: Use them as cups you can eat by filling them with your favorite flavor RTD! Make even bigger bowls by using a jumbo muffin pan!
